Every year, Richland One coaches, athletics coordinators and athletics directors come together at the district’s Coaches Convocation before students return to classes. They discuss new trends, safety and other important topics, and overall how to best serve and lead our student-athletes in addition to awarding Coach of the Year for the middle and high school levels, respectively.
