Richland One held Celebration 2023, the district's annual end-of-the-year employee recognition banquet at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. The 2023-2024 Teacher of the Year & Classified Employee of the Year were named in addition to recognition for teachers of the year and classified employees of the year from schools around the district as well as the district's recent retirees.
